For too long Iraqis have suffered. The US led invasion in 2003 heralded a new era for the country – one of further conflict, fuelled by a corrupt government that is unable to provide even the most basic services to its people. The people of Iraq are living through desperate times – but there is hope. It is now 100 days and counting since Iraqis across the country took to the streets to protest against their corrupt government, against all foreign intervention and for a better future for Iraqis.
